Vintage Arthur Pepper (ART) Brooch Pin. This gold tone MCM brooch is signed "ART" on the back and features a whitish/clear "jelly" cabochon center with rhinestones and faux pearls.

CONDITION: Good vintage condition. Please note you can see through the center cabochon.
